The Synergy~174; SYSC BACGATE~8482; provides the capability to monitor and override third-party lighting control equipment from a Synergy system. The SYSC BACGATE is ideal for integrating Synergy into an existing lighting control system during retrofit. The SYSC BACGATE provides the capability to control the existing lighting control system from Synergy's state-of-the-art graphical interface software or Synergy's scheduling capabilities.


The SYSC BACGATE~8482; provides the capability to integrate to the following lighting control systems:

  • Lutron Grafik 6000~174;
  • General Electric TLC~174;
  • Lithonia or PCI PCI SwitchKeeper~174; and Watchkeeper~174; systems
  • DMX two universes (1024 addresses)
  • Other features of the SYSC BACGATE~8482; include:

  • Works with standard Synergy~174; SYSC MLX controllers
  • Provides BACnet~174; compliant network
  • Only one SYSC BACGATE required per lighting control system
  • Class-2 wiring
  • Integral RS-232 port
